GW SON SAIL Center Professional Development Policy

Policy Statement

GW SAIL uses the methodology of simulation to enhance the education offered by the School of Nursing (SON). Therefore, it is imperative for all individuals involved in this venture to have the necessary development and support to enhance the learner experience and create the optimal safe learning environment. The understanding of simulation by the educator is critical to maximize the learner experience. Therefore, it is the goal of GW SON to develop the educators throughout the entirety of their participation in simulation center.
